Both Congress and the President have a responsibility to fix our broken immigration: Congress needs to change the law and the President needs to change the way the law is administered.

Alberto Yanez’s deportation has been delayed for another year. This is undoubtedly a small victory in his much larger battle to stay in the only country he’s ever known since he first arrived in California as a toddler, but his fight is long from over.
